Movement is life

To stay fit, you must live an active life. If you don’t like going to the gym, you can start with simple exercises at home. They will help you keep fit. You can walk or ride a bike instead of using public transport. You can use stairs instead of a lift. It helps you stay active during the day. It is unhealthy to sit in front of the computer all day.

Control your weight

Being too thin is as bad for your health as being too fat. If you have too much weight, you don’t only need to start doing exercise, but also keep a diet. Do not eat fast food as it has a lot of fats. Drink more fresh water and minimize sweet fizzy drinks. They have a lot of sugar which can add to your weight.

Be positive

When you do sport, it is better to do it in a good mood. With a smile on your face, you will have a better result. You can go jogging in the park. In the open air, you will have fresh air and contact with nature. It can have a more positive effect on your mood.

Go in for sport with others

Working out with a group of people is more interesting than doing exercises alone. You can go to the gym and meet people like you. You can also take yoga classes where your yoga teacher or groupmates can always support you.
